Investor Program
The Immigrant Investor Program is a government initiative aimed at helping
business investors and their families gain entry to Canada by making an
investment in the country’s economic development and fuelling job creation.
As a qualified Immigrant Investor, you and your immediate family can obtain
Canada Immigration (Permanent Resident) Visas by investing CAD$800,000 for five
years under the Federal Program (applicants intending to reside anywhere in
Canada, except Quebec) or the Quebec Program (applicants intending to reside in
the province of Quebec). Both programs are Government guaranteed, assuring that
your CAD$800,000 will be reimbursed in full, without interest, at the end of
five years.

Business and/or

- Have, alone or with his accompanying spouse, including de facto spouse, net
assets of at least $1600,000 CAN obtained legally, excluding the amounts received
by donation less than six months before the date on which the application was
filed.
- Have experience in management in a legal farming, commercial or industrial
business, or in a legal professional business where the staff, excluding the
investor, occupies at least the equivalent of two full-time jobs, or for an
international agency or a government or one of its departments or agencies;

Features of the Investor Program
- Investors are not required to start a business in Canada;
- Investments are fully guaranteed by provinces and territories that participate
in the program;
- The provinces and territories control the investment during the five year
lock-in period; and
- No immigration conditions are imposed upon admission to Canada.
Financing Options Available
If you do not wish to make the full CDN$800,000 mandatory investment, our firm
is able to arrange a financing option for you. Our firm has entered into
agreements with various Canadian financial institutions to obtain financing of up to CDN$600,000 for our clients who qualify under
this program. Under the financing option, you would make a total investment of
only CDN$200,000, which you agree to forfeit, in exchange for receiving
financing for the remainder of CDN$600,000, interest free, for the mandatory
five (5) year term.
Advantages of Financing:
- Limit your investment to as little as CDN$220,000
- You need only CDN$200,000 of
liquidity as opposed to the normal requirement of CDN$800,000, while still
meeting all of the requirements of the program.
- Free up the monies that you are
not required to transfer for other investments.
